Level 1 & Level 2 ICF-Accredited Coach Training
What do you need to become a coach?
There is no single required pathway to begin coaching, but professional coach training can help you develop the skills, ethical foundation, and confidence to coach effectively. A comprehensive training program typically includes instruction in coaching competencies, opportunities to practice coaching, feedback on your skills, and experience working with clients. If you also want to pursue an ICF credential, you will need to complete additional requirements established by ICF, including coach-specific education, mentor coaching, coaching experience hours, and a credentialing exam. Our Level 1 and Level 2 programs are designed to provide the coach-specific education and training needed to support those credentialing pathways.
What are the benefits of a credential?
A professional coaching credential demonstrates that you have met established standards for coach training, experience, ethics, and demonstrated coaching competency. For many coaches, credentialing provides additional credibility with prospective clients and employers, creates a clear framework for continued professional development, and offers an external validation of their coaching skills. An ICF credential can be especially valuable if you plan to build a coaching practice, incorporate coaching into your professional role, work with organizations that prefer credentialed coaches, or continue developing toward higher levels of coaching mastery.
