Radical Self-Trust Certificate

The Radical Self-Trust Certificate explores how coaches can help clients cultivate greater self-awareness, self-confidence, creativity, and authenticity. Many clients struggle to trust themselves amidst external expectations, competing priorities, and internal criticism. This certificate focuses on coaching approaches that help clients reconnect with their own values, strengths, and ways of being.

Drawing from perspectives on creativity, neurodiversity, and self-trust, participants will explore how coaches can support clients in developing sustainable confidence, embracing their unique strengths, and making decisions that are aligned with who they are and who they want to become.

Participants will:

  • Support clients in developing greater self-trust and self-awareness.
  • Apply coaching approaches that foster creativity, authenticity, and confidence.
  • Recognize strengths-based approaches for working with neurodivergent clients.
  • Facilitate meaningful action that aligns with clients’ values and goals.
