Career Reinvention Certificate
The Career & Reinvention Certificate explores how coaches can support clients through professional transitions, evolving identities, portfolio careers, and meaningful reinvention. As careers become increasingly nonlinear, clients are often navigating uncertainty, multiple interests, changing priorities, and significant life transitions. Coaches need tools to help clients explore possibilities, make intentional choices, and move forward with confidence.
This certificate combines perspectives from career development, academic productivity, and multipotentiality to help coaches better support clients who are redefining success, exploring new opportunities, or creating lives and careers that align with their values and strengths.
Participants will:
- Support clients navigating career transitions and professional reinvention.
- Apply coaching approaches that foster clarity, confidence, and intentional decision-making.
- Coach clients who hold multiple interests, identities, and career aspirations.
- Facilitate sustainable progress on long-term professional and creative goals.
