A year-long continuing education experience

For coaches who want to explore specialized coaching topics, earn ICF continuing education credits, and learn alongside a vibrant community of fellow practitioners.

Rather than focusing on foundational coaching competencies, this series explores specialized areas of coaching practice through a combination of research, frameworks, real-world applications, and conversations with experienced practitioners. Participants have the opportunity to learn from coaches, educators, leaders, writers, creatives, and subject matter experts who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to their work.

The series consists of four certificates:

  • Embodied Coaching
  • Career & Reinvention
  • Leadership & Change
  • Radical Self-Trust

Participants may enroll in individual courses, complete one or more certificates, or participate in the full Coaching in Practice Series as a comprehensive professional development pathway.

What Makes This Series Different?

Throughout the year, participants will:

  • Learn from experienced practitioners and guest experts
  • Explore emerging ideas and specialized coaching applications
  • Engage in reflection and coaching practice
